One afternoon, I decided to make fish tacos for dinner. As a true Mexican, I knew that a spicy sauce was essential to enhance the flavors and unify the ingredients. I quickly sliced up some ripe tomatoes, onions, and garlic, sautéed them in olive oil, and then combined them in a blender. A burst of inspiration struck me, and I added lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and a few spices. The result was a salsa that was simply irresistible, perfectly complementing the fish tacos.

My husband, upon returning from work, was delighted with the tacos and, more importantly, the salsa. He swore it was the best he'd ever tasted, praising its versatility and ability to make any dish delicious. While I appreciated his compliments, I didn't take them too seriously until we discovered the salsa's remarkable adaptability.

The next day, we ordered pizza, and to our surprise, the salsa paired beautifully with it. We continued our experiments, adding it to fries, salads, soups, and sandwiches. We even explored cuisines from around the world – Asian, Mexican, American, Italian, Indian, Iranian, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese – and our salsa seamlessly blended with all of them.

At the time, I was working as a freelance chef on an online food delivery platform. With newfound confidence, I started adding a touch of my salsa to every order. And guess what? Positive feedback poured in! This inspired me to take the leap and launch Va Con Todo salsa to the world
